Join us to learn about Bigfoot with Amy Bue.

Presented by Hospice of the Valley’s LSW Bereavement Facilitator Kimberly Calhoun, this program is a one-hour presentation about understanding the grieving process and how grief affects everything in our lives: our spiritual, emotional, physical, intellectual, and social selves. We learn to create a new normal as we work through our grief. This program is free and registration is not required.

This class is a one-time adult grief support session for anyone who has lost a loved one. The focus will be on coping with your grief during the holiday season.
